What is UGC, and is it actually an FC 27 tool?

A product called UGC is being described as an account-recovery workspace with appeal workflow features. Is that supposed to be an FC 27 gameplay tool, or is it a separate thing that people are lumping into the same category because it appears alongside gaming utilities?

I couldn't find anything that proves it is officially connected to EA or that it can restore a restricted FC 27 account. Am I missing a clear explanation somewhere?

From that description, it sounds like a separate account-workflow tool, not an FC 27 gameplay feature. Those are different use cases.

I'd be cautious with the word "recovery". A workflow can help organize an appeal, but it can't guarantee the company will reverse a decision.

Exactly. Don't enter your EA password or recovery codes into a third-party service unless you have a very clear, trustworthy reason to do so.

Does the page name FC 27 specifically? If not, I'd avoid saying it supports FC 27.

That's the key distinction. Use the official account support channel for an EA restriction, and treat any third-party compatibility claim as unconfirmed until it is documented.
